Uh Oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Today I smoked all day long!!!
 I had been doing so good but was so stressed, tired, in pain and flat out needed to get drunk or smoke cigarettes. I chose the smoking cause just not in the mood to drink but hopefully I can stop the smokes again!!!

Drinking wasn't an option today, had too mmuch to do and I Do Not drink then drive so kinda couldn't anyways.

no worries stacey.. you will get it.. it just takes time and there are going to be times when you might stumble ~
i have never had an issue quitting when i was preggo with my boys but staying quit thats another story.. i made it for 2 years after i had wyatt but .. that was my longest stretch so far.. its not an easy thing to do thats for sure!
