How do you/your SO get to work?

How do you/SO get to work? (drive, walk, carpool, public transportation)

Does work reimburse you/hubby for gas, mileage, public transportation?!?

How long do you/SO commute to/from work?

We both drive, he has a work van that he drives & I drive our one & only personal vehicle. It takes me about 30 minutes to get to work, it all depends fro him. he's a technician for DirecTV so it depends on where his jobs for that day are at

Hubby takes the train 95% of the time to work. It's about an hour train ride and if he buys a monthly pass work has a deal where he can get said pass at the price it'd be without tax. If he has to drive to a different location he gets reimbursed for gas/mileage on our vehicle. If he drives it generally takes an hour, one way, depending on traffic.

He drives about 5 miles to his work. No reimbursement but he does just bring the Big Rig home alot.

He drives 5 miles down our same road.

Me it depends on which work. If it is the outlets, it is about 20 miles each way. No reimburse.

If it is the other job, it depends on the stores I have that day but I get mileage.

we drive, we are both about 15 mins from work just opposite directions, neither of us is reimbursed
